Donky Chasing is Funny

Postby EscapePlan9 » Wed Aug 02, 2006 3:21 am

I get a freebie in the BB with 86o after two limpers.

Flop comes [8h] [2h] [8d]
I bet half-pot and get a caller.

Turn comes [8s]
I check (dunno why), he bets and calls my check-raise all-in.

River bricks.

He had [7h] [6h], so he was chasing a flush on a 3-of-a-kind board. Nice!

He was also chasing a full house idiot. He had 9 outs to a full house.
Boy, you got me confused with a man who repeats himself.

Easy call. You could very well be bluffing with 5 high, and if you DO have an Ace (which is like the current nuts) I have 9 outs for the flush and 6 more for the full house. You expect me to fold with 15 outs to a FLUSH or FULL HOUSE when I could even be ahead?!?!?!?

Dont forget that if you had two big cards like AK he also has two 2's left to chop.

He probably thought he saw your cards and that you had a 76, and therefore was free rolling against you.
