Weekend Report

Friday-

Headed to a the same karaoke bar in NYC as referred to earlier in my journal. This time instead of 9 males and 4 women it was the other way around. On the way there I met a camp counselor from when I was 11 on the street.That was fun b/c he was a great guy and is now raking in the cash at credit suisse. When we arrived at the restaurant I really showed my prowess in reading words and putting them into a musical context. Again it was a friends birthday and I celebrated by getting real trashed. They asked for ID b/c the last time we were there we trashed the place in a drunken frenzy. My ID's birthdate ends in 1989, a few years short of the legal age. Thankfully, the back of my ID card was covered with the accepted everywhere face of Andrew Jackson. This lubricated the agecisim and then the alcohol started to flow. Unfortunately as trashed as I got, some members of our party decided to get shitfaced to the point of sickness. Which is totally weak. I took a post throwing up buddy home but posed him for all sorts of interesting pictures on the train ride home. Those pictures now cover my social webpages and have received great feedback. For him it was a small price to pay for not being left in the middle of new york city.

Saturday-

I woke up a little hung-over and without a voice as a result of drinking and karaoke. My grandparents made me a full breakfest which I haven't had in god knows how long. It was awesome. I then found my dave matthews concert t shirt from 2003, my first DMB concert at Central Park. We then headed to the concert at around 2 pm, 5 hours early to tailgate and smoke a lot of pot. We met up with fellow dave goers and watched as they played soccer after 3 hours of heavy drinking. Which was hilarious. The police coverage was pretty intense as uniformed and plainclothes cops walked all around. The plainclothes cops looked like they just got out of the rough riders and confiscated open beer cans from people of all ages. The all important cup rule was in effect. The cup rule is such that if beer or alcohol is placed in a cup then you wont, no matter what age you appear, receive trouble for "openly drinking in public". Some friends did receive summons for smoking marijuana which totally sucks for them b/c they will be in college during there court dates. My personal group included myself and three friends. We headed to a secluded area to smoke our first blunt. The secluded area happened to be the pedestrain part of the triboro bridge. A biker, the only interruption to our practise, told us that "that shyt smells good". We then made the mile plus trek to the concert area. About half way there, as a result of the intense sun, my nose started bleeding which totally sucked but soon subsided. I cleaned myself up but it still appeared that I had been through some sort of struggle. I told them some one tried to steal my ticket but I sent him packing. Said story was totally unbeleivable but I needed humor to feel better.

The concert-

It rocked. It was really fun and everyone was having a good time. I got to pass marijuana with people of all races and religons and had a terrific time. The group of middle aged men and women sitting directly in front of us bought us all beers, all night. They told us to do the same thing once we hit thirty to some worthy kids. I'll certainly try. The traffic was terrible on the way home, so we rolled and smoked like three more blunts and had a totally fuffilling expierence. I topped it off my firen up the george foreman grill and showing how artful a culinary expierence may be.

Sunday- little poker, lots of family over so we chilled and grilled.

Monday- A decent amount of poker, but I lost like a full stack. My play was solid just hitting some really unfavorable situations. I was down over 100 but then fought back.

Tuesday

played two sessions today.

First session-

Took place at like 12 which is way early and usually im never up for but today was different b/c i had to go to the dental surgeon to check my wisdom teeth wounds which were thankfully looking good. A side effect of the operation was a temp loss of feeling in the right side of my chin which made it extremely hard to orally pleasure woman but made it easier to chug beers. He tested the progress of gaining the feeling back by telling me that pain comes back first and put a syringe needle into a pair of pliars/dental devil tool and then started poken the shyt out of my chin. I swear if it wasn't so early I would have dropped him right there and then.

oh and poker. I made four dollar in a hour session but racked up a good amount of poker points. No real interesting hands but if I hit a set I would've doubled or tripled up but that kinda 1/8 chance nvr comes my way as of late.The money was being thrown around so much that I may wake up to play with rich donks on there lunch breaks tommorrow.

I then got my senior pictures for highshool which was a total pain in the ass. My HS has purple gowns for graduation so I walked around the place looking like a cracked out barney.

I took a shot at a 100NLFR table at dise and got all in preflop against a shorty. I had AA and he had KK and he rivered a K. That was an ugly 44 down the drain.

Net Result for day= +95

Im gonna write up my expierence at poker room in a bit, and am now taking shots at the paradise 100NLFR b/c at times the avg pot is greater than 50!

traffic: very good for my limit

Level of play: abominable, which is good for the long run, but can be a slut for short.

Level of easewhile MT'ing- Significant overlap, once 4 tables are opened you must join waiting lists. So it's a b**** to play over 7 tables.

Appearance: Nice, not as good looking as HP, mainly b/c there isn't a slutty avatar as they have on HP.

Perks: player point can be redeemed for tickets for all sorts of tournaments/merchendise/ crappy bonuses.

bonus clearing rates: good, 5x in player points up to 200, but I was a donk and only got 150 in bonus.

net result from poker= +76( a very cold run and got set under set twice and various other shyty situations but still managed to come back in the end)
net bonus= +150
total profit= +226

BR is around 2200 and trying out 100NL where the play looks just as bad.
