Minimum raises are scary. And his 1.37 PFA is not very high, especially if it includes a crazy high river aggression. My guess is his flop aggression is relatively low. If so, then I'm respecting that minimum raise quite a bit.
His range at this point likely includes KJ J8 QT Q9 T9 as well as the sets, where you're behind.
Probably also KQ QJ JJ JT, where you're ahead.
The # of hands you're ahead of seems pretty small by comparison to the ones where you're behind. And you don't know what cards help you (other than a J).
I can't just fold here. But calling gives you no information. So I think I might reraise the flop smallish, and fold if he re-reraises because he clearly has a monster. Either that or flat call and check the turn and re-evaluate.
