I think I may have played this one a little too cautiously. I doubted I'd get action from betting and I no longer had a hand to protect after the board paired on the turn.

He didn't bet turn and river, he called.

Flop: A raise a TAD more but I'm being a stickler.

Turn: This I feel is raise/fold. Raise so you can get a free showdown on scary river cards and if he 3 bets you fold.

I raise to $17

If you raise and he calls the leads the river flat call. unless its a REALLY scary card.

If he has a hand that beats you and you raise the turn, you're not getting a free showdown.

I think check calling isn't a bad option. But if you raise anywhere in here, better hands all call/raise, and worse hands all fold, so there really isn't a point, imo.
