Wow- its a good thing there are legal minds on BTP so that donktasticized pokerstatutes can be accurately interpreted.
Now mind you my heart is a lump of coal, and to the extent it pumps, it pumps alcohol, which it pumps through arteries that are undoubtedly alot more brittle than they should be given my age, into a liquor sodden mind.
This all being so however, and the fact that kuso is a miseginator and a latent homosexual to boot also of course being so, I think hes right, and I challenge anyone to show me how the intent to 'play 100% of hands and try to book a winner' exactly constitutes an 'illegal or fraudulent purpose'.
The seemingly unqualified secret agreement thing could possibly bring it all under the purview of 'collusion' under the terms you outlined, but the truth is that i have never played a TW challenge (and trust me, ive played a few) where our 'secret agreemenet' didnt get revealed to the entire table within about 5 hands (cuz trust me shit talkin abounds in these spots) I have never seen a single person ever have a problem with it at any of the tables.
And i also am too lazy to check, but id go out on a limb here and say that the possibility of collusion is a pretty insubstantial part of the rationale behind the legislatures attempted ban of internet poker.
