I had the most beneficial trip/high last night. I realized a lot more about myself and others, which also helped me gain perspective on various situations in the past. I don't feel like writing out any more details though, some of it is too personal.

Right Derek... so weren't you supposed to see a psychologist again? Yeah...

I'm completely sober tonight by the way. Ran out of my green last night and won't be getting any more for a day or two.

I don't think I've arrived at wrong conclusions. I've realized that some flaws of mine have strong impacts on my enjoyment of daily life. And I've also come to understand why I have these flaws in the first place. Looking back while sober, I still believe the conclusions I arrived at are sound.

I don't intend on doing self-analysis while tripping. It just "happens" at some point. My last one wasn't from usage of hallucinogens. Sometimes, and quite randomly I must say, after smoking a good amount of green I get some of the weaker effects of shrooms to reappear. That's what I meant by "high / trip". It's definitely not full blown shrooms.

I appreciate the concern and advice nonetheless.

Ok, I'm glad you've taken what I said in the spirit it was intended. My own experiences have subsequently been discoloured slightly by the discovery (thanks to friendsreunited.com) that of the 2 guys I did most LSD/shrooms/dope with in my youth, one has had a total breakdown and the other has since become a vicar.

On another note... a musical note of sorts... I've been working on learning how to use Fruity Loops Studio, a music producing program. There's a lot to learn with this program. I have a short Work In Progress (WIP), and a very rough mix of it. I have more layers to add and I'll be modifying the samples more as well as doing better equalizing. Finally, I'll extend the intro, gradually introduce the dancy part, and add some additional variations and loops. We'll see!! But here's what I got for now:

Interesting predicament...

Talking with my ex about whatever. Obviously the topic of sex comes up again for the thousandth time. She mentions, "If we see each other again..." and hints that I should come visit. It's extremely obvious we will be f*cking multiple times. So the predicament?

It'll cost me about $200 round trip by plane. She lives in Washington, DC, nearly 400 miles from me - which would be close to a 7 hour drive, so I'd rather take plane (1.5 hours).

I honestly have little interest in catching up with her, despite how much we've changed lately. And I have no intention of resparking a relationship with her. So basically I'm paying $200 to have sex multiple times with my crazy ex.

Go for it? I'm saying "hell yes".
