Seems fairly well played. I started at 1/2 so i dont know the play that goes on at the .02/.04 cent tables, but i can imagine its prob. looser then 1/2 which can be pretty damn loose sometimes. You raised when you were most likely a favorite and folded when you thought you were beat. Because of the flop action i dont belive your ace high was good. You had the right odds to call and missed it happens! Good luck on the .02/.02 i salute your patiences

Is there an easy way to get my stats to text format with Poker Tracker? It doesn't seem to allow cut & paste. Thanks for any help. I play face to face, too, and seem to be in a horrible slump lately.

Use printscreen to capture the stats page. Paste it into paint or photoshop or whatever. Save as jpeg or whatever. Upload image to photobucket.com. Post.

Is that image too big? Keep in mind that I still don't know what all of the numbers mean, and whether a larger number is better or worse.

Heres a quick analysis from me...admitedly didn't go deep into these numbers....

You are basically a TPP....Tigh Passive Passive. You need to get that VPIP up to about 18%. You are not nearly aggresive enough. you need to be raising more pre-flop. You need to be more aggresive post flop.

I think you are going to showdown too often....Although you're winrate when you get there is about right.

I will let the stats nerds go a little deeper, but I definately see room for improvement in these numbers.

Post more hands. Even if you feel nothing worth reporting in a session happened....report it anyway. To force yourself to post, try posting you 2 best and 2 worst hands per session. You'd be surprised how much you can learn from them even if they seem extremely routine.
