1500 is a very small sample. Some of these numbers may be skewed.
But,
12% VPIP (the hands you voluntarily play) is a little too tight for the ultra loose micro stakes tables. You're getting good odds a lot of the time to play suited connectors etc in mid/late position. Are you playing these?
More importantly, your agression numbers are low. I'll speculate that you can win playing as tight as you do, but you're so passive that although you win often enough with these hands, you dont win a whole lot with them. The preflop thing is important, but postflop is where you make the real money. You need to get more aggressive.
That sticky is a very stripped down version of playing in loose games. And in certain conditions, I think its well below optimal (although you wont lose much playing like that). More importantly it doesnt say much on postflop play, where you seem to be having more problems. Invest in Small Stakes Holdem by Miller/Sklansky and read it. Several times.
Again, small sample. Take it seriously only if it rings true. Post some hands of how you played when you hit something like top pair top kicker. Post any hands. Thats the easiest way to get meaningful feedback.
