I open AKo in CO and BB calls.
I have $1200 and he covers.
He is a very good, tricky aggressive player.
All-ins are very common from him.

Flop comes KT5 rainbow, pot $75.
He check-calls $50.

Turn 2 still rainbow, pot $175.
He leads for $170, I call.

River A, pot $510.
He goes all-in, it's ~$900 to me.

Help?

Would he really lead full pot on the turn with QJ? I doubt it.

He could have a set, but I dont think Im folding top 2 pair. If he has a set, so be it.

The only thing is that it does look like you could easily have AK and he doesnt seem to care.

With no read, I would call, but you seem to have a read so it may well be a fold. I know, Im no help at all.

I think he has AT, a set or nothing and since you say all ins are common from him, I would probably call here.

one last thought on this hand.

by far your most probable hands here are AA/AK, or a KK-getting-tricky-on-the-turn. and if your villain is good, he knows this. its unlikely you get to the river without 2-pair/set. and he still bets almost 2x pot.

This is how I regularly play a set against a PFR: check/call, lead, and then bet as much as I think can get called. If I were smarter I would probably be pushing more rivers.
