$5/$10 NL 6 max at Full Tilt

UTG limps, I limp 44 in MP. Button raises to $55. BB calls, UTG calls, I call.

Pot $220 Flop [7d][6h]. It gets checked around.
Pot $220. Turn . BB and UTG check........ok rewind.......about 5 hands ago, this same preflop raiser raised JTs. He flopped a straight and bet $60 into a $90 pot and ended up busting AA. Because he bet the nuts and checked this flop, i really doubt he has a Q. The BB or UTG shouldve bet a Q if they had one since they need to build a pot.

So I fire out $125. Button calls and the other guys fold.
Pot $470. River . I think he may have a flush draw. I cant believe he has a Q, so I fire again. $325 this time. Thoughts? I actually think I have the best hand, but if I check for showdown value, he may blast away and then I have a problem.

i dont play shorthanded or near this high of stakes but with the preflop raise im thinking he could have something like JJ-88, maybe an AK with a flush draw...the Q on the flop might scare a middle pair and when the Q turns a lot of times the middle pairs will refuse to drop it, if he has JJ ur obviously getting raised and i dont know if hands like TT or 99 refuse to fold here or not at these stakes so i probably just check and hope for a show down

Depending a lot on table texture, I'd bet the river a little smaller, however. I want him to fold anything less than a Q here, so I'd probably make it more like maybe $225 (as compromise between $200 and $250), which is also less risk. But if you feel like your larger bet is more characteristic as river value bet in this game, then I don't mind that either. I just want to see hands like 88-TT or another JhTh go away here, as they really should.

It is plausible that you checked a Q on the flop to the preflop raiser.

If someone doesn't believe that though then you will get calls from a lot of hands.
Make a note on them and value bet very thin against them in the future.
