I think you're beat but you don't have much behind.

if he's that aggressive post flop and you don't want to play a big pot with him postflop, try checking behind on the turn.

I actually think your behind here but once you call the turn min raise you made the pot to big to fold IMO.

Why did you min-raise in MP? Then you make a pot-size c-bet in position w/ an overcard draw-I'd rather check that behind. I agree w/ the others that this turn-min-check-raise is most likely a set, but I think a bluff/2nd hand is possible here since you haven't really shown any "real" strength.

As played you pretty much have to call the river getting 4:1.
