I open with KK in MP and BTN calls.
He has ~$1000 and I cover.
He's been playing tightish, and I have too.

Flop KJ9 twotone, pot $100.
I lead for $80, he thinks and calls.

Turn 3 completing the flush, pot $260.
I lead $210, he thinks and calls.

River offsuit Q, pot $670.
I check, he bets $700 leaving $40 behind.

Help?

Does it help any if I say I'm not worried about a T against this player?

I'm pretty confident that this is either a flush, twopair, or set.
Is it twopair or set at least 1/3 of the time here?
