BB is horrible 77/20 over 140 hands. He mins his big hands and raises AQ-A9 to $9 he limps everything else. He always defends his blind and he bluffs ALLLL the time. Everyone at this table was gunning for him. What is my river bet?

Also since the flop was pretty drawy I'm betting pot and probably betting closer to pot again on turn if he's this terrible. Makes the river bet smaller and more proportional.
