Assuming I read the action correctly, I think I'd stack off here too (if it's any consolation!)
There are lots of hands you beat and who would call, at all streets.
If I had AA I might get worried when the J fell, and check behind the turn, especially if I had the ace of trumps.
If you check behind and the river blanks, you probably have to call a reasonable bet from SB though.

(ps also, IMO, you get better responses if you don't give results ... eg if you stopped at the turn and asked - "what's your plan for the rest of the hand"?)
