You're behind more than 50% but less than 75% of the time. Call.

Sometimes I just *know* I should fold but I call and get shown two pair or something.

Also, in position, bet full pot on that flop.

To quote the great Iceman, at full ring, you bet full pot when you are on the button and it is checked to you. Doesn't matter how many people are in the pot or what you have, just do it. When you have an OESD, like here, that's just gravy.

OK, maybe Iceman didn't mean you should do it with ANY flop and ANY number of callers. But I do it at least 80% of the time OTB, and I take it down more often than not, which makes it +EV.
