I have to agree with DoctorHandles. I think he has 22 or 99 25% of the time and KQ, AQ, QJ, J10 JJ, 1010 the rest of the time. PT stats after 25 hands don't mean anything. You're better off ignoring them until they hit 50 hands, IMO.
I'd call the raise and either check raise the turn or lead into him for something small to entice him to raise. If the turn is a 10, J or K I might get worried about a possible straight draw and wouldn't want to risk giving him a free card.
