AA all in versus QQ and JJ preflop, river Q

QQ versus 1010, 1010 raised 17.00 preflop, one call, I reraise to 75.00 from SB, he goes all in I call, river 10.

88 versus A10s, I call a raise and flop set with J98 rainbow, I lead pot bet and get called, turn A and I pot it again and get put all in by the guy (we both started with double stacks) I call and river is a 7.

AA versus K8soooooooooooted, flop 2 suit and he misses turn and puts me all in after some bets on flop, rivers flush.

KK in BB, about 5 limpers I raise to 22.00, one caller with 85s, Flop J5x rainbow, I pot it and he calls turn a Jack. I know he doesn't have a Jack or this guy raises flop, I bet about pot again and he goes all in, I call, river a 5.

1010 versus AA, flop A 10 x

Just about as bad a run in a short time frame as I have ever experienced. They did open up a 6-12 mixed game (Players get to decide what they wanted and we came up with the following lineup) (Stud, Stud 8B, Holdem, A-5 TD, 2-7 TD, Badugi, O8B, Razz) finally. I really enjoyed playing that and managed to make a little. The game lasted about 5 hours. If that ran everyday I would probably just set up an IV drip at the table for nourishment.

I think I am done with NL for a while. Going to spend more time playing O8B when I can find it along with the mixed games when they go and when necessary limit holdem.

Damn shame to hear this GL rebuilding the NL spirit.

In retrorespect i thought i was running bad but i don't run half as bad as this.

Another 15 hour day another -13.00 Fixing to head my ass back out to the Venetian and battle the donks for another long one today I suppose.

Well was up about 250 and was going to leave to come home and change my shorts after spilling soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce on myself and managed to lose 150 or so on the last hand when my AQ suited went up against Q6 which flopped two pair against my top pair nut flush draw and overcard counterfeiting outs and failed to hit. But at least it was a win and although not a huge score at least something to latch onto into what is hopefully going to be a nice turn around. I will probably just take it easy for a few hours and return around midnight for another session.

Well took a little nappage this afternoon and went back in to clock out at the Venetian (giving 4.50 per hour for NL play). Played a little 3-6 for cover purposes and managed to have a set hold up against 3 opponents in a nice pot before leaving.

Finally managed to put together a decent day. Went out to Red Rock Casino and played some Omaha 8B Half Kill which was a very good game as could be expected.

Another winning session although not a big win. A long stretch of card deadness during the middle of the session but made a nice run at the end. The 6-12 mixed game didn't get off tonight although 5 people were on the list.

Did something tonight that I generally never do and that is manufacture a rush. I was down about 100.00 after going through 4 dealers straight without winning a hand. I won a pot with KQs and then decided that I would enter the next pot regardless and keep on until I lost. Well I picked up J8o and limp, flopped two pair and took down another nice pot. Then I got 78s and limped in with about 5 others, Flop 10 6 3 r. An asshole in early position fired a bet which was called and I decided to take one off in position with the gutterball knowing that if I hit I was getting him for two big bets on the turn. Well the turn was the old offsuit 9 and not only did I get him for a raise on the turn, he reraised me and got him for 4 bets and a river bet. I can't remember the 4th hand of the stretch but I won 4 in a row and came up empty on number 5 when I came in with 74o. That run put me back in the black a little. I took a few hands off to try and get the 6-12 mixed game going to no avail and came back and bought the button and picked up 32o and the asshole from the earlier hand raised it up and all folded to me and I of course called. The flop came down 8 5 4 giving me an open ender so I check raised him on the flop with the anticipation of firing on the turn if a shit card fell and hopefully picking up the pot there. But when the A spades rolled off the turn I knew it was CR city again so I quickly checked asshole bet and I CR him again and got 3 bet to which I 4 bet. He called again and another bet on the river and showed me a lowly AQ, thanks for coming out sir. So after about 8 hours of frustration I went on a little run to spark another win.

Decided to go back to Ballys today as I have had good success in the only 2 times I played there. Sat in a 1-2 NL game with a 300 buy in and it was pretty rocking with one gambooooooling cat that had about 700 when I started and went up to about 1000 before losing it all. I lost a 700.00 pot to him when he was at 350.00 to a one outer on the river. I played very well today and don't remember donking off many chips at all throughout the 7+ hour session and finished up with a decent win. On a ten session winning streak that needs to keep on climbing.
