Completely draw free flop with an Ace on the board facing a mini-checkraise, has to be one of the easiest KK-folds ever.

unless this guy is a complete and utter maniac who you have seen make this min-check raise with no hand at least 3-5 times before this is an easy fold.

Don't worry about it, there are better situations to make money and win big pots.

Right now this guy wants to build the pot and all you have is an underpair, YES its KK but would you call that bet with KQ on a AK2 flop?
