I'd call any reasonable bet there.

An overbet would, to me, be even more indicative of a busted draw.

The thing I don't understand about this hand is the guy is VERY tight for 6max at 19% VPIP. Average is 40 by the way.

So I have trouble seeing him flat calling raises with suited connector type hands. He'd be way higher than 19 if he did that.

As such, I'm probalby checking the turn because I don't think he's on the FD as much. I think he has a QQ type hand or he has a set.

You don't think a decent player raises that flop with a set? I mean with that many draws out there, what would you do? Raise. I thought he would too.

I'm pretty inclined to call this because most players would think you didn't have a boat when you checked to them on the river, and they'd think they could take it away.
