I cancelled my flight to DC. The past couple days have been a wreck. Sometimes I can distract myself enough to not be bothered by all this chaos in my mind. I called back our school's counseling center telling them I need to see someone before Tuesday. I'm so anxious I can't even concentrate in class anymore. I just feel massively uncomfortable and trapped. So anyways, I got the appt moved up to tomorrow.
I'm pretty sure I'm going back on medication of some sort. I hope they don't have too many complications with other drugs.
