I'm just not comfortable repopping preflop in a blind battle with KQ. Maybe that's a weakness. But some of you think a call is fine. Including Xaston, which surprised me. I'll think about it.
I agree that the flop bet was weak. The turn bet was 2/3 pot which seems like enough to me. Am I wrong?
I'm sort of wondering whether I should have been betting at all. He's aggressive and good and maybe I need to just avoid going to war with him. Especially if I'm playing a bit scared. Concentrate on the donks and the passive calling stations and so on. Fold preflop, or get suspicious about his flop check and check behind.
Anyway, results.... He shows T7 for the flopped nuts!
In retrospect it seems obvious because normally he's so aggressive. I guess I'm lucky he didn't CR the river, I would have been in big trouble.
