Uhh, yeah, you can generally slowplay quads with a single low card on board. Check flop, if a low hits the turn and it's not an A or 2 then go half pot. If it's an A or 2 then pot it.

I slowplay here because you have the deck completely crippled. Check and hope a low or a diamond hits. However, either way I don't think you are going to get much more money from anyone.
