Tribeca NL $0.02/0.04 FR

I have around $5, villain has me covered. Villain hasn't done anything to get me to take particular notice of him. He isn't a maniac, but does seem to be somewhat loose (no PAHUD - can't justify the expense for $4 tables).

I have a tight image, as much as that matters at these stakes. I've been involved in 2 hands the last 3 revolutions of the button, and got folds to my CB on the flop both times.

Couple limpers to me in BB (including villain UTG) I have JJ and pop it up to 5x (standard raise for the table). Only villain calls.

Flop (~0.35) T42 rainbow. I bet 0.32, villain calls.

Turn (~1.00) 7. I bet 1.00, villain calls. (Should I check here with an overpair?)

River (~3.00) is another low card, no flush. I push for around 3.50.


Next question, let's flip the hand around a bit to how it might have played out had I checked the turn.

Turn (~1.00) 7. I check. Villain bets 0.32 or 0.64. I call. Or CR? CRAI?

Assume I call and River is another low card. I... what?

As was noted in a similiar line thread, its not the worst line ever to push,push,push OPs, but it is also a guaranteed way to get stacked everytime to someone slowplaying a set. Just be wary of anyone that might slowplay a set in such a way. But at these levels where you will get paid off so often by TP, this line is surely very +EV.
