There a better way to play this?

I'll check that turn. There is a chance villain will be scared you have a Q and check behind. There is also a chance that villain is a donk that will slowplay an AQ/KQ type hand here.

I certainly don't want to build a big pot OOP with my baby flush draw on a paired board. That said, you have to bet this river to get money from a Q. The only problem is at NL 100 I can see a AQ making this play on the river. If this was for a single stack I'd call, here I probably fold.
