folds to button. he minraises. he's been doing this constantly with absolute trash. his stats have to be like 65/35/0.5 and i've seen him get to showdown with some very dubious hands. i call in the SB with [Th]. he's got about $85 and i cover by a lot.

i check? he bets $9? i call/fold/bluff-raise?

I'd prefer to bet this river myself though about $20.
