I think button slowplayed High pair and is now very scared with the board.
I would call and if big stack wants to join he is very welcome.
With two players already calling I see no use of raising here. Your hand is very well disguised and button gonna hate his over agressiveness.
I only raise small pairs when first in in order to get the blinds.You wanna hit trips with a few players in the pot. And if the table is loose they are gonna pay you off.

For half a s stack I wouldn't fold a set no matter the board, action etc.
