What we would need to begin are a tournament director and someone willing to keep records in group 2. Bosox said he was willing to do so for group 1.

Any volunteers for TD or record-keeper in group 2?

The record-keeper's job is just to keep records of who played when within the group and who won.

The players' jobs will be to play 2 rated HU matches against each player in their group between now and the end of the year.
