River line with top set (NL200 4handed Stars)

Table has only recently become 4handed, i'm 12-tabling so no stellar reads. I think villian is one of these "Smart LAGs" that are up and coming on 2p2. He seems fairly decent, his PT stats after 250 hands are: 28/16/3.29 and he's a winning player. I figure if he had a set he would raise before the river. 56 just got there, but diamonds missed.
Would your river line change at all if we were twice as deep (300 BBs?).
Poker is silly.
