What you are looking at there in many cases is all hands at tables you played/observed where one pair wins. This includes hands where you fold pre-flop, flop comes, say, AAT, one player bets all others fold. Because there is no showdown, PT 'sees' the pair on the board and calls it a 'one pair' hand. It will also include hands where there was a showdown and one split pair wins, or one pair in the hole wins. Anytime you put any money into those pots, regardless of your holdings, it will count against your 1 pair stat. If this happens x% of the times you are in the blinds and fold pre-flop, for example, all that money is counted as a -. Once you extend this to other hands you lose and don't see a showdown, you can see why (unless you can find a great filter that corrects this) it wouldn't be a great stat to asses the value of your play with one pair.
I found my +money starts at 2pair and continues through everything but straight flush(I am + with Royal Flushes but they get their own column). I would think this would hold true for others as well but would love to hear from someone who knows better or has different stats.
