3/6 - leading with a flush draw. how's my line?

3/6nl on stars. full ring.

Button has 561. CO has 610. i cover. CO has been a pretty loose raiser. Button I don't know a whole lot about.

I'm dealt [As][6s] in the SB. CO opens to 18, button calls, i call, BB folds.

$60 pot, 3 - ways. flop comes [Qd][5s][Ts]. I lead out for $30. I think i should have gone for $42, which would be my standard bet here with most things i'm going to lead out with. But alas, I did 30, so we'll work with that. CO folds and the button calls.

$120 pot. HU. Turns the [Ah]. Ok, so KJ just got there. I fire out $66, not wanting to see him push me out if he did in fact turn a straight, or if he has two pair or a flopped set. he calls. I have no clue what he's got here.

$252 pot. HU. Rivers a pretty [4s] for the nuts. I fire out $175.

Hows my lines here?

According to your post you flopped the nut flush.
Boy, you got me confused with a man who repeats himself.

Larger bet on the flop, but not bad. Turn bet is a good use of a blocking bet, if he raises you can happily get away from it. The river bet is to big IMO, unless this guy has seen you bluff a river with a flush card this bet screams made flush. Small bet, small bet, large bet usually equals monster. With that read its going to be hard for him to pay you off. $100 gets you paid or even reraised.

I really dont like the preflop call.

Once you get to the turn, what are you gonna do if you dont hit the ace? Same 1/2 pot bet? I actually like a check on the turn....with a possible check raise deopeding on what he does.

Good question Ice, generally if i'm not hitting that pair i'm going to check/call or check/fold depending on the size of their bet (assuming they make one). If i'm getting odds to make a call, then i'm obviously sticking around. With the turn, I thought there was a fair chance I now had the best hand anyways if he was on a KQ type hand.

As far as the preflop call, it's marginal at best i know. However, I've been working hard on creating a LAG image at my tables. I'm not playing this hand in the hopes of flopping an ace, or in the hopes of flopping a flush draw. I'm playing it for the sheer sake of being in a pot against someone who's holdings I feel include a range of weak hands. I've been making a lot of these loose calls preflop with the intention of just trying to outplay opponents post flop.

So far I only have 22k hands in my latest stint at 3/6, and once i hit about 30k I'm going to take a look at these sort of hands and try to determine if my attempt to take down small raised pots with little bluffs is A: profitable enough on its own to warrent continue doing it or B: if i'm losing money doing this (which i don't think i am right now, but i could be wrong), am I creating enough of a metagame LAG image for this to pay off in the long run?

Excellent point on my river bet rhound. You're right, generally small small big is screaming strength, and that was what made me want to post this.

In this particular case, he had [7s][8s] and pushed - but i dont' really see him as having any other choice here.

In general though, given the way i'm betting this draw - even if it is disguised (though not entirely well given the size of my bets) - I don't think I can get paid off by very many hands here, and I think of all things my river bet was my biggest mistake in this hand. I think the $100b et in hopes of convincing a hand like two pair or a set or a straight that they're still good, or in hopes of convincing a missed draw (as few of them as there are) to bluff what looks like a blocking bet might have been a better choice.

I play much more LAGgy than I used to also, but only when Im in position and when Im the aggressor. I dont think being a loose caller OOP is very profitable.

My last session I busted guys after I raised K7s and K2s. I would never call raises with these hands.
