Bottom two pair, the board is prettttttty coordinated.

Unlike usual, I actually had some semblence of a read on both of these players. My notes for the dude who min raised are:

"Raised with AJ and bet the JJx flop. I called. The turn was another rag and he led for pot (including rake)."

My notes for the dude who flat called $64 are:

"Made it $24 on the button with AA when I made it $14 in the cutoff. (min re-raised)."
