PFR is 18/3 with over 500 hands and 2nd raisor is 17/4. I hate folding QQ preflop but I think I have to in this case??

i would NOT assume he has you beat, however you are OOP and unless you flop a Q you have no idea whether you have the best hand or not on any flop. A fold seems fine. However, if you would have re-raised PF you would not have been forced to fold the possible best hand.

With pot and implied odds you are getting 8.16-1 to call which is a slightly better than the 7.5-1 of flopping a set. You could call for set value but it would be very marginal. the main reason to make this call would be for image purposes... I.e. ppl cant just re-raise you off of hands PF.
