i would make it $15 PF. as played you're making him call $7 into a pot of $16, plus a shot at the rest of your $100.
as played i would fold the flop.
sometime in the past 6 months, it became very fashionable to flat-call a reraise with AA/KK.
you will also run into a 7 here sometimes.

I LOVE to just call a reraise preflop with AA/KK...it lets me stack them when they may fold to a preflop push. If they have JJ/QQ/KK preflop and I have AA, then they'll go to the felt with their overpair, but they'd often fold to a big 4bet prelfop.
