I don't think his assumed donkishness is too much of a factor here. Even the most primitive players 3 bet (or is it 4 bet?) PF with AA/KK.
For me, around 75BB is where the line's drawn between folding and pushing PF. I think it's a variance question.

Typically I like a whatever amount they put on top of the blind x 3 + their bet. At NL100 if he raises to 4 I like a reraise to 13, 5 then 17, etc. In my experience people who raise preflop will call reraises the majority of the time, so I make them count.
