I would call, I doubt that he has you drawing dead with this flop. The most likely hand is Jx where x is not a 2. If you catch a diamond on the turn be ready to play a middle sized pot (try not to play for stack if this diamond is T, Q, K , A). Though I would fold the turn unimroved to a 3/4 pot bet.
Folding the flop is not bad either.
