Call river, especially after his weakass turn bet.

I'd guess that either he also has a 9, in which case you're probably beat, or he's one of these donks who will check AA in the BB and then play it like the nuts.

I think his turn isn't so much weak as it is "please don't fold". Ideally if I'm going to fold this hand I'd rather do it sooner than the river but he made it pretty tough for you to do that.

I fold that river 95% of the time. The biggest challenge (for me at least) at Tribeca is to give the idiots credit for a hand. If you fold everyone of these situations you'll win long-term because your monsters get paid off.

Is his turn bet weak? Yes. But that's what Tribeca-donks do. They bet weak and let you draw.

His river bet is a HUGE sign of strength. Flop raise, turn weak bet (trying to milk and igoring odds), river big strength because trying to get paid off at the end.
