Okay, life is getting back on track again. I studied a good amount of hours for that last exam, took it this morning, and am confident I did well.

Out of boredom, today I 8-tabled .02/.04 Limit on Stars. With all the tables set to the smallest size and re-arranged just right, you'll have significant overlap, but stil (barely) able to click between tables. I made $2.74 profit there in about 30 mins! WOOHOO!!

And now out of boredom I 8-tabled Stars $3 turbo SNGs. I really should buy that new monitor soon...



I could probably fit in 9-tables. I made very few mistakes despite the horrible view of each table, so I'm happy. And I made like $15 profit (woohoo)! Next I'll try 8-tabling the $6 turbos (OH NO!!)!

If I still manage to play without almost any mistakes, I'll 8-table the $16s.

Lately I've become really sick of all my female friends. I now avoid all of them. I dunno, I don't even want them over anymore. I think I've accepted "hey, I'm not going to have sex with them... guess they aren't very interesting beyond that".

Tomorrow I see my psychiatrist again for a check-up on how my meds are treating me. I feel better overall definitely and can sleep more peacefully, so I'd say the meds are doing their job. I still have some downs, but like poker, more break-even or barely upswings than anything.

Wow... the downswings in SNG are so surreal at times. To say the least, my confidence has been shaken again. I keep reviewing all my tournament histories and keep trying to remind myself I made the right plays (SNG-PT review), just didn't get lucky enough. Very rarely was the problem me overplaying a hand. I just keep running into monsters or getting outdrawn. Or I split pots with KK or AA instead of doubling up! That or my KK is against AA...

Meh. I'm nearly break-even over the last 60 SNGs, so no big complaints yet. Only 36% ITM.

Meh, life can be crap sometimes, but the good thing is that people change, stuations change. Sometimes surprisingly little has to change and the world is right again, other times a lot of effort or change in circumstances is needed. But the good thing is that there's always the opportunity for change, not a lot in life is permanent.

Never again! Okay, the 2nd one wasn't so bad since he could have KQ or AQ. But he pretty much KNOWS I hit this flop and check min-raises me. I thought "what, you have JT?" and shoved. Whoops he had JT!

Overall the Donk-n-goes are going okay. I finally catapulted myself out of break-even and had a decent run today while 9-tabling the $27s and $16s on Stars for a couple hours. A few bad beats and just running into bigger cards. This was extremely frustrating when ITM! Shove with A8s, get called by A4o, rivers a 4. Shove with A5o, get called by AQ and don't improve. Both those knocked me down to a 3rd place finish. Meh, the way I see it I just got unlucky in both. Unlucky to lose as the favorite in the first case, and unlucky that while 3-handed and holding A5 someone holds a bigger ace in the 2nd case.

First one I proly get away from.. 2nd is pushy pushy time... That one just sucks..
