Seriously, I will get to learn this game.

Hand 1

First, i would like to show a great success I had that made up for a big blunder I made to lose a stack earlier.

BB has Jd Ad 6d 9d (one pair, sixes).
Hero has Ks 2d Kc 3d (three of a kind, kings).
Short stack had KT for two pair, no draw.
Outcome: Hero wins $70.85. BB wins $7.02.

I have top set and a flush draw! Well i know the flush draw isn't good (who knows it might be good for the side pot which it wasn't), but I knew it took 2 outs away from someone to beat me.

Party Poker Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.25 BB (8 handed)

Out of position, I'm not a fan of pushing draws too hard but I have to continue on the turn to hope to push him out. What do you do if you get raised on the turn or if he calls and a brick hits the river?

Hand 3

UTG+2 has 9d Jh 8s 9s (one pair, nines).
Hero has Ad Kh Jd Qd (two pair, aces and kings).

Outcome: Hero wins $13.

This hand seems pretty straightforward because it stayed cheap but I'm used to being an aggressive playing in holdem and I'm very passive in Omaha and seem to play scared in these situations. Any ideas?

Hand 4

Party Poker Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.25 BB (8 handed)

SB ($30.95)
BB ($30.45)

Final Pot: $9

Raise to find out where I am while its cheap. Fold to a reraise/shut down on the turn against anyone but the stupidest opponents?

Hand 1: I start appreciating more and more what a difference it makes when you get the money in on the flop and when you have two outs of your opponent in the hand (twice). He also had two of his own outs and was in pretty bad shape.

Hand 2: Not sure on this one. On the one hand your aggression might weed out flush draws, increasing your number of outs. On the other hand, if you get called or raised there are many turn cards that can put you in a very tough spot. I would probably be more passive in on the flop, hoping to keep people in the pot, and become aggressive when the turn is not too threatening and when I have some more information about what my opponents could be holding. But that is probably just my weak-tight style.

Hand 3: I'm not so fond of your hand preflop, because its straight potential is less than you'd say at first sight, but in a big pot i'd call anyway. And they really offered you a great price on all streets. So no problems there.

Hand 4: These are annoying hands to play. Here it worked out, but I lost quite some money by having to fold on later streets. I think it is imperative that you find out on the flop where you are, so the raise is good. Maybe a slightly smaller raise will get you the same information as well. It might even get someone with A2 to fold, although I also lost quite a bit to people who refused to fold that. And yes, I let this go as soon as there is any resistance, because more often than not you're hopelessly behind.

Hand 1: Nh

Hand 2: I probably play the same, if he raises on turn it would probably put you all-in and then you fold. If he raises less you might want to calll but a small raise seems unlikely anyway.

Hand 3: Not a great hand in that position but a good one still. On turn I cant see how I´m not ahead (maybe splitting) of everyone else, I raise the pot. That board is drawheavy and I can´t see anyone holding a set. More than half the deck will compelete a draw, the pot is pretty big and I really think this hand is good. Thoughts?

Hand 4: I like.

Hand 3 - I was pretty sure I was ahead that is why I called. Very few times I get the feeling that I am good with 2 pair so I am very cautious. I just hate getting a large chunk of my stack in the center when I have a vunerable hand like that. Raising the pot will likely win me the pot right there but calling gets a couple others with hands worst than me with no draws to call also. These are the types of situations I really have to work on because I know I'm leaving profit on the table but I think this would be a variance plays too.

hand 1 - no flush draw, but instead it's really a pair of blockers in a multiway pot. You played fine I think.

Hand 2 - I am not so keen on betting the flop unless these guys are pretty tight. Chances are that you'll get a call and you have no hand with only a mediocre draw. On the turn I like betting out again (remember that hand I posted lately with the big turn draw vs slowplayed top set that I elected to bet out again on the turn, just like you did here?). Quite a high variance way of playing it though. I check the flop then fire on the turn if no-one seems interested and no flush hits.

Hand 3 - Your opponent's play is screaming he has a draw. I want him to pay, or, better yet, fold on the turn and so raise the full pot. Nothing so far convinces me that top two isn't good. Though the board is FULL of draws, there's a LOT to be said for pushing out players here who may have some of the less obvious ones. So I raise pot. I think call it's not higher variance because a smooth call lets in more potential draws.

Hand 4 - Your line seems good.
