Dev, this isn't a knock or anything, if I remember right your Rhound's buddy that doesn't play online much? Raising anything more than 5x first in will just pick up the blinds against most regular opponents. I imagine live is a different monster and I haven't played much so I don't know what its like there.

Also I'm pretty sure Triple B was referring to having 1/6 of your stack in on a CB after a preflop raise like that, $15 pfr would be making a continuation bet of 20-25 most of the time (if its heads up) and thus about 1/6 of your stack would be in.

Aces Rule, Ice wasn't folding no matter what once he made the flop bet, he just wanted to get more action from hands like JJ or AT or from a draw.

I didn't read all the post and while I don't think pushing is the best play, I don't think it's horrible either and imagine it doesn't even matter much more often than not.
