Pre-flop
Unless this guy raises 90% of his hands I won't play this OOP for a raise.

Flop
If this guy makes frequent CBs then CR the max, if he is tight bet into him. The check call doesn’t give you any information and leaves you in a precarious situation when you brick the turn.

Turn
At this point I have idea what to do because I haven’t made my opponent define their hand.

River
I’m OK with the river bet unless as Kuso said your opponent is a chronic bluffer.
