I probably wouldn't. It is possible he might play a flush draw that way as he had reasonable odds. If he pushes you'll be in a tough spot. If that 9 is not a diamond then yes I would VB. He will probably call with Ax now that he has 2 pair. Unless you have Ak, AQ, AJ it's a split for him so it's a great spot for a VB

Your bet amounts are awful.

I'd probably fold preflop to the raise, but I would've raised or folded preflop in the first place.

If you're going to raise the flop I'd probably make it $35-40.
With the minraise you've just given him great odds.

Your turn bet is bad too. It's about what, 1/2 pot. Make it $50 or so (with your bad flop raise) or I'd just put the rest of my money in right now if I had really risen the flop.

If you play hands like this normally then you have an explanation for why you weren't doing so well in your PT numbers despite your stats looking not too bad.
