Your in good shape with T2300 you only have T50 invested in the hand. IMO the correct play is to let the hand go. You don't want to play for all your chips with QQ at this stage.

Even if you double up and become chip leader with 110 left there is still alot of poker left to play. Now if it was later and more chips were involved then pushing might be the right play depending on your read.

So what happen did you push and he called with JJ?

In agreement with Kowboy here...I lay this down pretty easily at this stage in the tourney...You might make a play in a top-heavy pay out (a super satellite for example) , but other than that, you have time and chips to wait.

I guess we are all weak-tight because I would fold too but I put the raiser on AK and is either looking to take the pot there or go heads up all in preflop.

I pushed all in and ran into AA. UGH!

Kowboy, tell me more about that. I have not seen it very often and it seems to usually be a weak player or a very good one. Maybe you should post a new thread just about that, what situations you do it in and what not. I assume you usually get action, but only from one opponent, which is what you want. Doing it with AK would give me the willies unless I am short, or expect everyone to fold, in an MTT that is, I don't mind pushing w/ AK in an SNG after the first few levels.

Well, I'll tell you one thing here -- if you didn't limp QQ, this would have been a lot easier to play! When the raise comes after a bunch of limps, your QQ might look good enough to push (you still shoudln't but its a tougher laydown and even if you do fold, you easily may have folded to JJ). When it comes from a reraiser who has you covered, you can bet its AA, KK, or AK, and it definitely won't be JJ, TT, or AQ. You made one crucial mistake here, if I may be so bold -- you changed your play to target one player on this hand and got burned by someone else at the table.
