I don't think that OP range is wide here.
I doubt that OP would call the flop bet with anything less than AK, so at best it is a split. (I doubt that 20/12 calls your preflop re-raise with KQ.) Other possible hands would be AA, KK, 99, 44 (11). There is 6 possible AK hands. I also think that OP is unlikely to bluff here as he understands that you have good pot odds and his play looks a lot like a slowplayed big hand. So, IMO river is a fold as played.
P.S. I wouldn’t probably re-raise preflop, though it’s probably a matter of personal preference.
