$200NL at UB

Donk villain raise to $7. He has about $140. I should reraise with JJ but just called this time. A bigger donk calls on the button. 3 to the flop.

Reads: Preflop raiser......Earlier hand on different table I raised to $7 with KQ and he called in the BB. Flop came K74 all spades of which I had none. He checked, I potted it and he called. Turn was a non spade brick. He had like $60 left so I potted it again to about $45. He CRAI with AQ (had ). He rivered an ace.

Guy on button plays every hand and will call every raise. Hes REALLY bad. An action junkie. Which is probably another reason I shouldve reraised preflop, but I didnt so its too late for that.

Pot $24. Flop AT3 rainbow. Preflop raiser checks, I check and button checks. Hmmm

Pot $24. Turn is another ace. Preflop raiser checks, I bet $16. Button folds and now dipshit min check raises me....WTF? Whats my move?

just let it go, he might have a weak A and wanted to see you action on the flop, maybe a better Ax which wanted to CR the flop but got checked around
he must be very sick to make that move without the A or TT/33
worst case I might call and see if he bets the river or if I can 2 out him, but that's a pretty weak play

I know you think that a minraise is often a monster, and I guess that's generally true, but on UB I'm lately getting min-checkraised quite a bit as a bluff or as a "create confusion and slow your opponent down"-move. Here's two hands from yesterday ($200 on UB):

I openraise from the button, SB calls, BB folds. SB has half a buyin. Flop is 664r. SB checks, I pot ($15), villain check-minraises to $30, I push, villain folds.

Or: EP limps, I raise from MP to $10, EP calls. Flop is 269r. Check, I bet 2/3 pot, villain hesitates and calls. Turn: K. Check, I bet 2/3 pot again, villain mincheckraises. I call. River checked down, villain showed 88.

I guess, you need some kind of a read on a player to continue with medium strength against a minraise, especially on the turn. But in this game I'm seeing too many cases where a fold would be too tight. This hand may be one of them.
