A 3 way allin is by no means disastrous here, especially since you can redraw to the straight and have the backdoor diamond draw as well (do you?). Just a simulation:

At the $25 it's not at all unusual to see these hands, although anyone decent would probably not want to play for stacks with the flopped straight without redraws.
As Ais explained there are cases where you want to fold this, especially if you think people will not be very aggressive without strong redraws here, but at the $25 the random donk factor is so high that you will often enough be in decent situations like above, or even against a hand that has very few outs against you, so I don't mind a push, if only because if you win it will generate a huge amount of tilt by the guy who "flopped the nuts and got sucked out on"...
