I am having a lot of these situations, and am uncertain on how to play them


I have OTB.
One limper, I raise to 12, BB calls and limper folds. Pot is 27.
I started with a full stack, and BB covers.

Flop comes
Checked to hero, who bets 25, and gets called. Pot is 77.

Turn comes
It is checked to hero, who...?
Bet, and fold to a push? Check behind, and call a reasonable river bet (if not a fourth flush hits, or I boat up)?

In this case BB is loose and relatively passive 40/14 with an Post flop aggression of 1.1. Although a winning player, over 120 hands

What would I do if Villain would be more of a TAG?
I do not want to be checkraised out of the pot? Or will I be happy to call a CRAI?

Input on reasonable lines would be appreciated

In this hand I would check behind and call a reasonable bet on the river or bet myself if OP checks. (Assuming a blank on the river.)

If the board was like I would be more inclined to bet the turn, as OP would have an A in a lot of cases.

P.S. This type of hand was discussed a lot on 2+2, with lots of pros and cons for each line. I am just in a check turn camp.
