Stage 3 I only recommend making a play for the blinds no more then 2 from the button depending on how tight your table is. If your making a play it doesn't matter what your cards are. Your on a pure bluff anyway. Only pick on smaller stacks and if they are to small they are going to push back with almost any broadway cards or better.

If your stack isn't big enough to to pick on the next 3 or 5 stacks to your left then you have to skip the manic stage.

Remember this is a very short stage and you only have a few chances to make the play. Don't over do it because then you will lose your advantage that you gained from the tight/aggressive stage.
