Total donk limps in EP. SB completes and I check in the BB with [6d].

Pot $6. Flop [6h][6c]. Checked around
Pot $6. Turn . I bet $5 and they both call
Pot $21. River . SB leads $75 He has about $120 more and EP donk has around $100 or so. WTF? SB has played normally so far and hasnt stood out at all.

I dont worry about the player behind me, this overbet is 90% big flush and maybe 5% a straight, and 5% another 6. The flush he has is going to call your all in almost every time. If he has , , Q6, J6, or JJ then its a pretty ugly cold deck.

You need the read of the millenium to just call that river bet - one that I don't think is possible from internet poker at those stakes.

FYI, I think he's got the A[h].

this is tough. its tempting to raise because i think the usually calls. but if SB has played normally so far i tend to think that somehow you're screwed. or maybe he's on a stone-cold bluff.

if SB has played normally/decently......i would probably just call, hope to be ahead, and hope for an overcall from the donk who hopefully has a that he wont fold.

If SB is decent I would fold here. He is unlikely to overplay an , and being SB he easily can have J6. (That's what I think he has here most of the time.)

May be it is just me, but I don't like to call overbets when I can't put OP on a hand or without a good read. May be most of you wouldn't agree but I noticed that the biggest pots I lost occured when I played up to the strength of my hands without regard to OP holdings. When I can put OP reliably on a hand I play for stack with as little as TPTK.
