[Tc]preflop i would sometimes fold, sometimes 4-bet. very rarely would i call.
if you choose to call i think you have to CR flop rather than lead. in order to make calling the RR OOP profitable you need to pick up his CB's when he has KK, JJ, or a bluff. leading this flop defines your hand pretty clearly as at least AK, IMO.
were you planning to call or fold if he pushed over your flop bet?
