$200 NL at Absolute

Cutoff raises to $7. I call with [Td]. BB also calls Cutoff and BB have about $200. I have them covered.

Pot $22. Flop [3h][4d]. BB checks, Cutoff bets $15. I call , then BB calls
Pot $67 Turn . BB checks, Cutoff bets $30. I raise to $100. Who likes?

(I still cant figure out the raising here. In this case, I hit $100 and the raise was to a total of $100. Does my raise only get added to the other raise if my raise is a reraise? When a guy raised to $6 preflop and then I hit raise $16...I raised to a total of $23. I guess it was $16 +$6 + $1 because I was in the SB. This time I wanted to raise to $100 but wasnt sure if I hit $100 or $70 but I guess I have to hit $100 since the $30 bet was a bet and not a raise?)

So anyway, I raised to $100. BB folded and villain pushed. It was $70 or so more to me and I called obviously. He had [3d]. The river blanked off and my pair of Kings is good.
